Veriflo Regulators

Parker Veriflo manfactures a broad range of instrument regulators. Including the popular IR, NPR and HFR Series, as well as the ABP Series of back pressure regulators and the Veriflo Changeover systems. The Instrumentation Group of Parker Hannifin specialises in high quality, critical flow components for world-wide process instrumentation, ultra-high purity, medical, analytical and biopharmaceutical applications.

The IR4000 Series Internally Threadless Pressure Regulator is suitable for instrument/analyser and semiconductor applications. The internal threadless design minimises purge times, and reduces carrier and calibration gas usage. The IR4000’s seat materials meet the requirements for corrosive and/or higher temperature media requirements. Instrument applications include gas management systems in petrochemical/refineries and process analyser systems.

The NPR4100 Regulator is for applications involving negative delivery pressures with low pressure gas sources for instrument/analyser applications. This regulator is specifically designed to regulate negative pressures down to -26 in Hg vacuum (100 Torr). While the HFR900 Series is designed and engineered for use in applications using high flow rates requiring a compact pressure regulator for control.

Porter Regulators

Porter manufacture precision pressure regulators. Porter Pressure Regulators are part of a unique line of control components recognised as the industry standard for critical applications in analytical, medical, semiconductor, chemical/petrochemical, water treatment, air quality monitoring and fuel cell industries. All of Porter’s pressure regulator models are direct acting, non-relieving and are cleaned for analytical instrument service.

Porter regulators are designed specifically to provide high resolution control at the low flow rates typical in instrumentation applications. Within the range, the Models 8310 and 8311 Regulators incorporate a threadless valve seat assembly with a precision glass ball. They are ideal for very low flow applications and provide bubble tight shut-off even at maximum supply pressure.

The Model 8286 Regulator utilises a pneumatically balanced poppet valve to ensure maximum stability over wide variations in supply pressure. Meanwhile, the Model 4000 Regulator is a high performance miniature size pressure regulator. With a compact diameter of only 1 1/8”, it fits easily into the smallest of instruments. The compact Model is a compact, spring-loaded, diaphragm operated back pressure regulator. Designed specifically for precision regulation in low-flow gas applications, it controls upstream pressure rather than downstream pressure.

Thompson Valves Regulators

Thompson Valves offer a range of Spring Loaded Regulators, models J20 through to J55, covering a variety of sizes, inlet and outlet pressures. Within the range, the accurate, economic and manually adjustable J20 is a spring loaded pressure regulator that is used for quick control of outlet pressure. It is Ideal for low to medium pressure applications, such as in pressure test rigs and chemical processing.

The J44 is an unbalanced valve, diaphragm sensed, spring-loaded, pressure regulator, for use with steam. It’s heavy duty all metal construction makes it ideal and robust enough for the high temperature service. With accurate and reliable operation, it is ideal for low, and medium pressure applications, such as in manufacturing processes, brewing and in power stations.

The J45 is a heavy duty, medium/high pressure, manually adjustable, balanced, pressure regulator. It is suitable for a broad range of applications, including in the Marine industries and Gas & Oil industries. While the J50 is a balanced valve, piston or diaphragm sensed spring-loaded pressure regulator used for quick control of outlet pressure. Heavy duty construction, accurate and reliable, ideal for high and low pressure applications.

Dutch Regulators Products

Dutch Regulator’s products are available as pressure regulators and back-pressure regulators in sizes from 1/4” up to 4” connections. Every Dutch Regulators product is fully tested according to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC and the materials of all their parts are fully traceable by the marked batch-number.

The GRT8S spring-loaded pressure regulator reduces the supply pressure on the inlet side to a controlled pressure on the outlet side. This pressure regulator is suitable for gases and liquids. Made from barstock stainless steel, the GRT8S has a seat diameter of 2.5mm and is suitable for inlet pressure of between 420 to 700 bar max. The general temperature range of the regulator is -50 to 200 °C, but could be limited by the sealing materials.

The GRF15S-16 spring-loaded pressure regulator reduces the supply pressure on the inlet side to a controlled pressure on the outlet side. This pressure regulator is suitable for gases only. Made out of barstock stainless steel material, the general temperature range of the regulator is -50 to 200 °C but could be limited due to the used sealing materials. With a seat diameter of 9.5mm, this pressure regulator is suitable for an inlet pressure of 16 bar, and DN15 flanges EN 1092-1 or 1/2” flanges ASME B16.5 connections.
