Fluid Controls can supply three different series of Dryers from Gas Sample Dryer Manufacturers Perma Pure. The MD Series and Perma Pure PD Series of gas dryers are the ideal choice for drying gas samples prior to analysis. These series also employ exclusive Nafion technology and reduce the sample dew point to as low as -45°C without any measurable loss of analytes. While Perma Pure ME Series moisture exchangers selectively remove only water vapour from the sample, virtually eliminating this source of analyser failure.
Perma Pure’s series of sample dryers are some of the best in the industry. The MD-Series of gas dryers transfer moisture from one gas stream to a counter-flowing purge gas. Some of the advantages of the MD series include excellent corrosion resistance, short residence time and they require no electricity to work.
The Perma Pure PD Series, on the other hand, constantly dries gases for applications with high performance and high-flow, whilst also operating over a large range of temperatures. Some of the advantages of this series include maintenance-free operation, low-pressure drop and continuous drying.
The third and final series we are looking at in this blog is the Perma Pure ME Series. This series of highly selective permeation tubing for medical equipment and patient sample lines are used for a large range of applications. These Moisture Exchangers are ideal for both drying and humidifying gas streams.
As Perma Pure distributors, Fluid Controls can supply two different series of Perma-Pure Humidifiers. The Perma Pure FC Series operates over a wide range of flow rates and can use either liquid water or a humid gas stream as a source of humidity. While the MH Series uses an exclusive Nafion selectively permeable membrane tubing and liquid water to continuously humidify gas streams. These series of humidifiers operate over a wide range of flow rates and can use either liquid water or a humid gas stream as a source of humidity.
Fluid Controls can supply many different sampling pumps from ADI’s line. All of the ADI pumps in their range offer 100% oil-free, contamination free, corrosion resistant and leak free sampling. Their reliable Dia-Vac pumps are exceptionally quiet at all pressures and in most applications. They can also be operated for extended periods without the need for maintenance.
