Equilibar® Back Pressure Regulators – GS Series

The Equilibar® back pressure regulator GS (general service) model provides stable pressure control for gases, liquids, and mixed-phases, for applications including fuel cell testing and vacuum applications. Equilibar® back pressure regulators use a thin, supple diaphragm as the only moving part. This allows frictionless operation without cracking pressure or hysteresis. The accuracy of the Equilibar® GS Series is limited only by the accuracy of the pilot set-point.

Specifications

The Equilibar® GS series uses rugged 2-piece bar-stock body construction, with sizes from 1/4″ to 1″. Common materials in stock are SS316L and PVC. Other available materials are PTFE, PVDF and carbon steel.
