Sanitary Tubing. Our tubing is made from 304 and 316L dual grade stainless steel, is manufactured to ASTM 269 and 270 specifications, and is tested for: flare, flatten, flange, reverse bend and eddy current. Surface roughness (Ra) is measured per ASME/ANSI B46.1 requirements; these measurements are derived from four readings taken at cross sections approximately 90 degrees apart.
Our large inventory includes tubing in numerous sizes and wall thicknesses. We stock tubing in polished and unpolished (mill) finishes in standard 20-ft. lengths. Cut lengths are available for an additional charge.
Hangers. Steel & O’Brien stocks several types of tube and pipe hangers, including 24PVC with insert, 24RG hanger with rubber grommet, 24PCP hanger with 3/8 rod coupling, 26CB take-down style with EPDM sleeve and 26LC mini hanger with EPDM sleeve. Each style is available in a range of sizes. In addition, we offer some specialty hangers, such as Behringer sanitary and hygienic tube supports, and Behringer industrial hangers.
Spray Balls. Stationary spray balls come in four spray patterns and are designed to be mounted to a tube or pipe. Spray balls are typically used in food and beverage industries for cleaning storage tanks. Our spray balls are made from heavy-gauge 304 and 316L steel for a longer life.
Wall Flanges. Our inventory contains round wall flanges in various sizes for mounting pipes onto walls or for covering a hole in the wall or floor through which the pipe passes. They are available with a flush or lip edge.
