Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please contact our team before sending any goods back.
Standard Returns
Items may be returned provided they:
- are unused
- are in their original packaging
- are suitable for resale
Return requests should normally be made within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue.
Non-returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
- Special order products
- Custom manufactured items
- Products made specifically to customer requirements
Refunds
Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
