L71 Back Pressure Regulator
The IMI Maxseal L71 Series is a heavy-duty 1/2" back pressure regulator for gas or liquid service. It is manufactured in 316L stainless steel and is available with 1/2" NPT or BSPP threaded connections.
The validated threaded configurations cover the low-pressure 20 bar version and the standard-pressure 414 bar version, with selectable control ranges from 0.3–3 bar through to 40–414 bar as permitted by the manufacturer option selector. Options include NBR/FKM/EPDM/low-temperature NBR elastomers, standard handwheel, limit stop or tamper-proof control, NACE, panel mounting and cleanliness options.
Technical highlights: Cv 2.2 / Kv 1.9; non-relieving operation; 1/4" NPT gauge ports; 1/8" NPT vent; temperature capability down to -50°C depending on elastomer.
