High purity mini butt weld fittings from Parker

The featured products in Parker VacuSeal’s range of ultra-high purity butt weld fittings include:

  • TorqTite gasket – Used to seal damaged toroids and virtually eliminates loosening of componentry due to thermocycling and vibration.
  • Non-rotational female nuts – Used to prevent transmission of torque during make-up and minimises twist of componentry.
  • Anti-galling female nuts – Used to ensure consistent make-up without plating or lubrication.
  • High purity glands – Manufactured from nickel and Hastelloy c-22. Used in extremely corrosive applications

All pressure ratings for Parker VacuSeal ultra-high purity butt weld fittings comply with calculations per ANSI code for pressure piping B31.3. Working pressure ratings are rated at ambient temperature and based on a 4 to 1 design factor. All VacuSeal components featured within our Parker mini butt weld fittings are available with controlled surface finishes to meet the requirements of ultra-high purity systems.
