Hi Check Valve

Hi-Check Non-Return Valve

For process instrumentation applications requiring unidirectional flow control, we recommend Parker’s Hi-Check series of non-return valves. Offering maximum cold work pressure ratings of up to 689 bar/10,000 psi, these high-performance check valves are suitable for fluid and gas applications within the chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas offshore industries.

Featuring a two-piece body design, Parker’s robust Hi-check valves minimise the risk of leakage. They also offer a choice of male and female compression ends to eliminate the need for taper threads and sealants. As a result, these high-performance check valves further reduce potential leakage, as well as avoiding system contamination and lowers installation costs.

High-performance check valves from Parker

Manufactured from 316 stainless steel as standard, high-performance check valves from Parker can wield a multitude of benefits for your industry. Below we have detailed the primary features and benefits of their Hi-check non-return valves:

  • Self-centring seal
  • Low noise emissions
  • Rugged design
  • Zero coil bounding check spring
  • Environmentally sealed connector thread
  • Comprehensive selection of inlet and outlet connections
  • ANSI/ASME B.16.34 pressure and temperature compliance

All high-performance check valves from Parker are fully hydrostatically factory tested and heat traceable. Additionally, there is an extensive choice of O-ring materials available, including FP75 and V1238-05 fluorocarbon rubbers for explosive decompression and extrusion resistance for high-pressure applications. For further customisation, the seat materials for Hi-check non-return valves also come in a variety of materials, such as nitrile and EPR.

High-performance non-return valve suppliers

Here at Fluid Controls, we are official distributors of Parker valves and instrumentation products, including their Hi-check series non-return valves. Whether you require process control valves for chemical injection skids, hydraulic systems or water treatment, Fluid Controls can provide high-performance non-return valves to match the specific needs of your application.
