If you’re looking for the lady in charge of all things orders, meet Michelle, our order book controller at Fluid Controls.
Michelle is responsible for processing the sale orders that come through, expediting them where possible to deliver only the best service to our customers. She also collects orders ready for shipping and maintains the order book to ensure the whole team’s work is streamlined in one place.
Michelle enjoys most of her work but she loves speaking to our customers and suppliers. She takes great pride in being able to regularly exceed customer’s expectations and her ability to navigate through delivering some not-so-good news to customers at times, but still maintaining a good relationship with them.
When Michelle isn’t at work, you can find her spending weekends away in her campervan, going for lovely dog walks and gardening. Her favourite life quote is ‘treat others how you wish to be treated’.
