Meet James, our Sales Manager here at Fluid Controls ltd.
James is responsible for visiting our key customers, ensuring that we are delivering the best level of customer service possible and strengthening our relationship with our suppliers. He also manages our on-site sales team, as well as our external sales representatives.
James works closely with our suppliers to ensure we, as a company, are representing them in the best way possible along with maintaining our high standards.
His favourite part of the job is working with the team to deliver the fantastic service we offer. He also loves seeing the team develop with the company and works hard to drive this vision forward.
He’s most proud of his part in streamlining our sales process to ensure we provide the best possible service to customers.
When he isn’t working, you can find James playing golf down in Hayling Island and using his season ticket to watch Southampton FC play! He also has a Cavapoochon puppy, Jasper, who he and his fiancée take around the south coast.
