Martin Cregan is our Area Sales Manager for the Midlands and North of England. He spends most of his time visiting new and existing customers, learning about their businesses, and showing how Fluid Controls can support their applications. Building strong relationships is a key part of his role, and he works hard to ensure every customer receives the best possible experience.
Martin’s favourite part of the job is meeting new people and discovering the wide variety of industries and applications our products are used in. He takes real pride in taking responsibility for customer needs—whether that’s ensuring a product meets the right specification, getting quotes out on time, securing the best delivery options, or resolving issues openly and honestly. For him, trust is at the heart of great customer service.
Outside of work, Martin is often found at Old Trafford using his Manchester United season ticket, no matter the result. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family. A more unusual hobby of his is maintaining a reef aquarium, which keeps him busy looking after it and finding new additions for his collection.
