Kev is the Area Sales Manager for Scotland, responsible for business development, account management, and internal KPI and target management. His role is very much people-focused, with most of his time spent building and maintaining strong client relationships — ideally face to face — while also supporting internal orders and enquiries when needed.
Kev’s favourite part of the job is building relationships both internally and externally, closely followed by winning orders. He’s particularly proud of his ability to turn around challenging situations, such as resolving issues around late deliveries. By defusing tensions and restoring trust, Kev helps create long-term partnerships built on strong communication and reliability.
Outside of work, Kev enjoys golf and football. He also has a unique hidden talent — he achieved a black belt (1st Dan) in karate at just 11 years old. Guided by the motto “Hard work beats talent that doesn’t work hard,” Kev brings dedication, resilience, and focus to everything he does.
