James is our Senior Account Manager at Fluid Controls ltd, and with over 30 years at the company under his belt, he serves a key role in the development of the company, specifically the sales team.
A few of his main responsibilities include looking after his main accounts on a day-to-day basis and sharing his knowledge of the company, products and customers with others around him. He’s also responsible for responding to sales enquiries, producing quotes and liaising with customers and suppliers to get the best price for their needs.
James’ favourite thing about his role is securing the large-value orders and orders that come from new customers or those who haven’t purchased for a while.
He’s proud of the relationships he’s formed with customers and suppliers and helping to grow Fluid Controls ltd growth through the acquisition of a host of large orders over the years.
When James isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his family on days out and going to the cinema. He’s also a supporter of Liverpool and Reading FC, going to watch them live when he gets the opportunity.
