Model GRT40 Pressure Regulator

The GRT40 series is the largest threaded stainless‑steel pressure regulator offered by Dutch Regulators, designed for applications requiring very high flow capacity and robust performance. With 1½″ threaded connections (NPT or BSPP), the GRT40 is ideal for larger industrial gas and liquid systems where durability, reliability, and high throughput are essential.

Like other models in the GRT range, the GRT40 is available in both spring‑loaded and dome‑loaded configurations. The spring‑loaded version provides straightforward mechanical regulation, while the dome‑loaded version offers enhanced stability and sensitivity for applications requiring tighter control under fluctuating pressures.

The GRT40 supports design pressure ratings of 16, 50, 280, and 420 bar, giving users the flexibility to select a regulator suitable for anything from low‑pressure process lines to high‑pressure industrial systems. Each unit is constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long‑term reliability in demanding environments.

With a 16.5 mm seat diameter and an impressive Cv value of 5.5, the GRT40 delivers the highest flow capacity in the threaded regulator range, making it particularly well suited for applications where large volumes and stable pressure control are critical.
