The GRF25 is a high‑capacity stainless‑steel flanged pressure regulator designed for demanding industrial applications where reliable downstream pressure control and strong flow performance are essential. Available with DN25 flanges (1″), this model integrates seamlessly into medium‑ and large‑scale pipeline systems used for gas or liquid regulation.

The GRF25 series is offered in both spring‑loaded and dome‑loaded configurations, giving users the flexibility to match the regulator to their process requirements. Spring‑loaded versions provide robust and straightforward mechanical control, while dome‑loaded models deliver enhanced sensitivity and tighter pressure stability under varying inlet conditions.

To accommodate a wide range of operating pressures, the GRF25 is available in six design pressure ratings: 16, 20, 40, 50, 100, and 250 bar, making it suitable for everything from low‑pressure distribution systems to high‑pressure process environments.

Constructed from 316L stainless steel, the GRF25 offers excellent corrosion resistance, long‑term durability, and compatibility with a broad variety of industrial media. Its large 16.5 mm seat diameter and Cv value of 5.5 allow for significantly higher flow capacity than the GRF15 and GRF20 models, providing strong performance where elevated flow rates must be regulated with precision.
