Delivery Information

At Fluid Controls, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders placed before 11:00am (Monday to Friday) for items in stock are normally dispatched the same working day.
Standard UK deliveries are sent via UPS Next Day Delivery.
A standard delivery charge of £18.50 + VAT applies to UK mainland deliveries unless otherwise agreed.

We are able to supply products internationally.

International shipping costs vary depending on destination, package size and weight. Shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply within their country.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or customs clearance.

Where an item is out of stock or has an extended lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging where possible.
