Sanitary Valves

In hygienic processing, the measurement and controlling of liquids and gases demands superior instrument performance and networkability. Our range of Bürkert sanitary valves provide high flow rates and long life cycles. They feature weld ends and clamp bodies for hygienic connections, available in various surface finishes.

We also supply a range of Top Line hygienic/aseptic, zero dead leg sanitary diaphragm valves and traditional sanitary valves. While our Marwin offer includes a three-piece sanitary ball valve designed with FDA approved cavity filler seats and quick disconnect ends to minimise pockets where media can collect.

Top Line Sanitary Valves

Top Line offer a range of hygienic/aseptic, zero dead leg sanitary diaphragm valves and traditional sanitary valves. The range of sanitary valves are the perfect control solution for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetics, dairy and other ultra pure industries.

Top Line 6” sanitary ball valves are engineered to be the finest in the industry. Each valve is built to exact specifications and is constructed to perform flawlessly in the most hostile environment. Top Line’s 6″ sanitary ball valves are ideal for applications demanding the uncompromised ability to regulate flow – from full flow open to various degrees of closure.

Bürkert Sanitary Valves

In hygienic processing, the measurement and controlling of liquids and gases demands superior instrument performance and networkability; the equipment used has to interface seamlessly. Bürkert offer a range of sanitary valves, providing high flow rates and long life.

The externally piloted Type 2000 2/2-way Angle-Seat Valve is operated with a single or double-acting piston actuator. The actuator is available in two different materials, PA and PPS depending on the ambient temperature. The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity, and high flow rates are achieved with the stainless steel 2-way body.

Capable of handling high flow rates, the Type 2000 2/2-way Angle-Seat Valve has a lamp body according to EN ISO 2852, BS 4825 or ASME BP. It is deliverable with flow direction below or above seat and delivers a very high cycle life.

Marwin Sanitary Valves

Marwin’s CF8901 Series Three Piece Ball Valve is a sanitary valve designed with FDA approved cavity filler seats and quick disconnect ends to minimise pockets where media can collect. The inner diameters and end connections are exactly the same size as the ID of the ball/seat ensuring no obstruction of flow from tubing through the valve.

Available in sizes from 1/2″ (DN15) through to 4″ (DN100), with a true tube bore design to provide unobstructed flow and better drainage. It handles pressure ratings up to 1000 psi (68,9 bar) for 1/2″ – 2″; and 800 psi (55,2 bar) for 2-1/2″ – 4″ and has an internal finish of 20 Ra.
