Fluid Controls can supply two different series of Perma-Pure Humidifiers. The FC Series operates over a wide range of flow rates and can use either liquid water or a humid gas stream as a source of humidity. While the MH Series uses an exclusive Nafion® selectively permeable membrane tubing and liquid water to continuously humidify gas streams.

FC Series

The FC Series of humidifiers are used for the consistent humidification for high-flow applications. As well as consistent humidification they’re also self-regulating with no moving parts. Another advantage of this series is that it has excellent corrosion resistance which is good when they’re operating as water-to-gas or gas-to-gas moisture exchangers. The units don’t require any additional power or heat making them energy efficient.

FC Series Humidifiers

MH Series

The MH Series of gas humidifiers provides consistent humidification in a compact, flexible design with no moving parts and a fast response time. These gas humidifiers are tube-in-shell moisture exchangers which allow the exchange of water and heat vapour between a gas steam and a liquid water supply. The water permeates through the walls of the Nafion tube and then evaporates into the gas stream.
