Gas Generators

Parker Filtration’s full range of standard nitrogen and mixed gas generators cover a full range of purity and flow requirements. The family consists of Nitroflow basic mix gas generators, which only require a source of electrical power to produce nitrogen thanks to their built in compressors. Parker provides simple ‘plug and play’ installation gas generators, which enable a continuous or on-demand supply of consistently pure gas. Fluid Controls has full access to their complete range of gas generators and can supply these on demand.

Nitroflow Lab Mobile Nitrogen Gas Generator

Parker’s NitroFlow Lab is a self-contained portable nitrogen generator that can produce up to 32 lpm of pure LC/MS grade nitrogen at pressures up to 8 bar. With the combination of compressor and membrane separation technologies, Nitrogen can be produced. To ensure quiet and reliable operation the high and low pressure compressors are carefully matched to the hollow fibre membranes. Nitrogen is produced at low pressure and then compressed to 8 bar, ensuring that minimal maintenance of the nitrogen generation system is required.

Parker Nitrogen Gas Generators

Parker’s high quality nitrogen gas generators are used for analytical lab gas generators and industrial applications supporting laboratory equipment and instruments. NitroSource and NitroFlow nitrogen generators consist of hollow-fibre membrane modules arranged in a convenient housing with a control system and integral filtration. While MAXIGAS and MIDIGAS PSA nitrogen generation systems use innovative aluminium forming technology, which has been proven over many years with the world famous PNEUDRI compressed air dryer ranges.

Parker Zero Air Gas Generators

Parker’s generators can produce zero-grade air with less than 0.05 ppm hydrocarbon content, which is measured as methane. This enables a more stable baseline when compared to usual sources of fuel air. These generators produce zero grade air from compressed air through catalytic oxidation, which is then used as an oxidant for process analytics instruments.
