Parker Instrumentation design and manufacture a range of high integrity instrumentation valves for worldwide applications. Burkert’s two or three-piece ball valves can be pneumatically/electric motor driven or manually operated. Marwin manufacture high quality quarter-turn ball valves, with an extensive product range that includes two piece, three piece, flanged and multiport valves. In addition, Marwin specialises in non-standard ball valves including metal-seated, cryogenic, control and special-seated valves.
B-Series Ball Valve
Manually, pneumatically, and electrically actuated 2 and 3-way B Series Ball Valves provide quick 1/4 turn on-off control of fluids. Broad selection of valve body, seat, and seal materials available and a wide range of pressures and temperatures at which the valve may be used.
Hi Pro Ball Valve
Hi Pro Ball Valves are high performance two-piece bi-directional ball valves that offer full cold working pressure ratings up to 10,000 psi (689 bar), giving 100% bubble tight shut off and continuous repeatable performance.
HB Series – High Pressure Ball Valves
HB Series High Pressure Ball Valves provide reliable shut-off or switching functions. Manual, electric or pneumatic actuation versions are available in 2-way and 3-way configurations.
PR Series – Rotary Plug Valve
Rotary Plug Valves provide positive leak tight shut-off, high flow capacity, and quick 1/4 turn operation in a compact, attractive package. Patented blow-out resistant seat design.
SWB Series – Swing Out Ball Valves
Parker’s three-piece SWB Series Ball Valves are durable valves that can handle pressure and piping loads. The centre section can swing out to quickly and easily replace seats, seals and the ball without major disruption to the piping system.
Marwin Two Piece Ball valve – 600 Series
The 600 series is a range of brass ball valves intended for common fluid control applications. They are available in standard and full port threaded, full port solder end, and full port threaded end direct mount.
Marwin Two Piece Ball Valve – 9000 Series
The Marwin 9000 Series is constructed with a one-piece body and threaded end cap, which gives maximum structural strength while minimising the number of potential leak paths through the valve.
Marwin Two Piece Ball Valve – DM9000 Series
The DM9000 Series is a direct mount automated ball valve. It is available in sizes 1/2″ through 2″ in full port stainless steel. It is designed for economical automation, and features a machined mounting pad for direct mounting of pneumatic or electric actuators.
Marwin Three Piece Ball Valve – 4600 Series
The 4600 Series is a three-piece design, multi-purpose brass ball valve for use in general utility services, HVAS, water systems and compressed air. In sizes from 1-1/4″ through 3″ standard port, and 1/4″ through 2-1/2″ full port.
Marwin Three Piece Ball Valve – 4700 Series
The 4700 Series represents the leading technology in three-piece ball valves. Available in sizes 1/2″ through 4″ full port. Fire tested to API 607 4th edition with standard RPTFE seats, graphite packing and graphite body seals ISO 5211 direct mount top with slide lock leaver in one design for automation flexibility or manual operation.
MB Series – Mini Ball Valves
MB Series Mini Ball Valves offer positive shut off or directional control of fluids in process, power and instrumentation applications. Available in 2-way and 3-way configurations with a variety of port connections.
