- Upstream/downstream bubble-tight sealing capability allows valve body cleaning, purging and draining
- Full Port Design (valve bore same as end connections – except 1/4” & 3/8” sizes) rated for Full Vacuum
- Standard Live Loaded Stem Packing and Blowout Proof Stem
- Stem assembly accommodates IMI PBM Direct Mount Actuation for accurate alignment/increased cycling life.
- Optional purge port, milled ball flats or drain holes in ball allow inline CIP to prevent clogging/plug formation.
- Extended Butt Weld/Extended Socket Weld Ends do not have to be disassembled for welding
- V-TEF™ and S-TEF® seats and seals are FDA Compliant and USP Class VI
- Valves meet API 641, 200°F Max (except 1/4” thru 3/4” sizes and 6” size)
- API-607 Fire Test Qualified option available
- Self Flushing Ball and V-Ball options available•Solder Joint and Sil-Brazed ends are bronze only
- Valves are designed, assembled and tested at our factory in the USA
- Socket weld ends for bronze valves must be 90/10 CuNi or 70/30 CuNi
- Material Test Report (MTRs) provided for wetted metal components
- Surface finishes are achieved without the use of Animal Derived Ingredients (ADI) or ADI Free.
