Process Filters

As market leaders, Parker Filtration manufactures a wide variety of filtration products. Fluid Controls has partnered with Parker to provide you with their complete range of exceptional filter solutions.

Parker Pressure Vessels

Parker’s PFA Pressure Vessels have been developed to allow for high levels of customisation for chemical delivery systems. Their unique designs feature 10 interface connection points, as well as four flat side pads that are used for level sensing and vessel stabilising. Advantages include a modular design for easy customisation, as well as an automated weld assembly process that ensures high integrity fusible joints.

Disposable Filter Units

Parker’s range of Fulflo filter bags have been manufactured and tested under the strictest quality control standards to assure consistent performance. These filter bags are perfect for the removal of solids in a variety of filtration applications. Key advantages of these bags are that they can perform at high flow rates and viscosities to 10,000 cps or higher. They are also available in 1μm to 800μm particle retention ratings.

Poly Mate Filter Cartridges

Parker’s Poly Mate filter cartridges provide quality, economical filtration for critical process applications. A unique combination of polypropylene melt blown and spun bonded media provide high surface area, finish-free and non-fiber releasing filtration. These cartridges are high efficiency rated for critical process applications and offer optional stainless steel O-ring adapter inserts that provide added strength for in situ sterilisation.
