Mott GasShield PENTA Filters
Mott GasShield PENTA Filters offer excellent strength and filtration efficiency. GasShield PENTA point-of-use filters offer the high flow and low pressure drop of Teflon, but with a 100% nickel filter element. This design has also reduced filter element surface area, which results in lower levels of moisture and hydrocarbons.
So now you can get flows over 450 slpm, with a pressure drop of 2 psid at system pressures of 90 psig, without having to worry about media migration or the annual change-outs associated with Teflon. Other advantages of the GasShield PENTA filters include industry-standard sizes as short as 3.31″, as well as the highest flow per footprint of any sintered metal filter in the industry.
Mott Sentry Filters
Mott’s Sentry Filters offer the high flow of Teflon with the long life and strength of Mott porous metal. These high quality filters have a high temperature tolerance up to 450°C (inert gases) and can withstand high pressures to 3000 PSIG at 52°C. Constructed from 316L VAR stainless steel housing, Mott sentry filters also offer a maximum forward and reverse differential pressure of 500 psig (34.5 bar) at 52°C, as well as true 9-log filtration efficiency of particles as small as 0.003µm.
Mott GasShield POU Gas Filters
Mott GasShield POU Gas Filters are built for maximum filtration reliability, strength and efficiency. This range of mott filters is the world’s first and largest collection of all-metal filters. This achievement ensures that you will have the precise filter that you require for your application. GasShield POU filters offer a 9-log removal of all particles down to 0.003µm; confirmed at the most penetrating particle size of 0.08µm. These rugged, high quality filters operate at temperatures up to 450°C (inert gas) and are able to withstand 1000 psi differential (69 bar) pressure at 20°C.
Mott Utility Line and Bulk Filters
Mott Utility Line and Bulk Filters are high-strength and extremely reliable. These all-metal filters provide the high-strength, all-metal solution to filtration requirements for utility lines inside the wafer fab, as well as flow streams at the gas pad. Constructed from patented sintered nickel porous media, they offer unsurpassed filtration characteristics. Like all Mott High Purity filters, the Utility Line and Bulk Filters provide 9-log filtration of particles down to 0.003µm.
