Fluid Controls has an extensive supply of flow control and measurement products to suit various applications. Flow Switches, Flow Meters and Excess Flow Valves
Fluid Controls can supply a complete range of Flow Switches, Flow Meters and Excess Flow Valves. Malema’s range of flow switches, flow meters and excess flow valves are recognised by the leading certifying bodies around the world. Widely used in industries ranging from offshore to semiconductors, including harsh environments, their products are UL and ATEX approved as well as CE compliant. Available in a choice of materials, these units are suitable for almost all measuring and monitoring applications.
Variable Area Flow Meters
Fluid Controls can supply a complete range of Variable Area Flow Meters from Porter. Our range of Porter flow meters include 65mm and 150mm tube assemblies, which are available in either forged body or side plate construction. Porter flow meters can be modified to meet the particular needs of OEM’s. We can also supply Porter’s range of glass tubes, to meet specific size, scale and flow requirements.
Flow Controllers
Fluid Controls can supply a complete range of W.A. Kates flow controllers. Their superior range of automatic flow rate controllers can be successfully applied to a wide variety of liquid and gaseous applications. Available in sizes from 1/4″ up to 4″ and constructed from a choice of materials with a wide variety of threaded and flanged connections. These controllers can automatically compensate for changes in supply and discharge pressures, whilst maintaining a constant flow setting.
Mass Flow Controllers
Mass flow controllers (MFCs) are used to measure and control the flow of liquids and gases. A mass flow controller is designed and calibrated to control a specific type of liquid or gas at a particular range of flow rates. Fluid Controls can supply a complete range of Mass Flow Controllers from leading manufacturers Porter and Bürkert Fluid Control Systems.
Flow Restrictors
Fluid Controls can supply a complete range of Mott Flow Restrictors. Mott precision porous metal flow restrictors are reliable, cost-effective replacements for mass flow controllers, orifices, capillaries, or micro-metering valves. Product designers can be assured of a constant gas flow at a given gas pressure without having to worry about clogging and without having to design for wide variations in flow.
