Valve Types
At Fluid Controls, we stock a wide variety of different types of valves, including, check valves, metering valves, high purity valves, ball valves, needle valves, sanitary valves, relief valves and solenoid valves. As valve distributors, our wide array of products means we can cater to whatever valve you are looking for your specific application. We only work with the finest valve manufacturers, including Parker, Bürkert, Veriflo and Top Line, so we can ensure your product will be of the highest quality. Check Valves
Parker’s instrumentation check valves are designed for uni-directional flow control of fluids and gases in industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas production and transmission. As Parker check valve suppliers, our range includes the F9 High Purity Check Valve, Hi Check valve and the C and CO Series check valves.
Metering Valves
Parker metering valves are designed to provide accurate and stable control of flow rates in analytical, instrumentation and research applications. Porter, a division of Parker, offer metering valves available as valve cartridges, integrally mounted in flow meters and in-line valve assemblies with straight or angle patterned bodies.
High Purity Valves
Fluid Controls are Veriflo valve distributors, offering a range of ultra-high purity diaphragm, bellows and bulk gas system valves with face seal and butt weld connection, that are internally electropolished to 5Ra. The Partek division of Parker produces a range of chemically inert PTFE and PFA valves for applications where safeguarding media purity and corrosion protection is paramount. Valex offers high purity ball valves, manufactured from 316L stainless steel. Mechanical or electropolished finish, helium leak checked and are available in straight, tee and cross configurations.
Ball Valves
Fluid Controls supplies quality ball valves from several high profile ball valve manufacturers. Parker Instrumentation design and manufacture a range of high integrity instrumentation valves for worldwide applications. Widely used in industries from analytical through to offshore, the ball valves range includes miniature ball valves, high-pressure ball valves, rotary plug valves and swing out ball valves.
Sanitary Valves
In hygienic processing, the measurement and controlling of liquids and gases demands superior instrument performance and networkability. Our range of Bürkert sanitary valves provide high flow rates and long life cycles. They feature weld ends and clamp bodies for hygienic connections, available in various surface finishes.
We are also valve distributors of a range of Topline hygienic/aseptic, zero dead leg diaphragm valves and traditional sanitary valves. While our Marwin offer includes a three-piece sanitary ball valve designed with FDA approved cavity filler seats and quick disconnect ends to minimise pockets where media can collect.
Needle Valves
High-performance needle valves, from needle valve manufacturers like Parker, are used to control flow in delicate gauges, which might be damaged by sudden surges of fluid under pressure. They are also used in situations where the flow must be gradually halted, and where precise adjustments of flow are necessary or where a small flow rate is desired.
Relief Valves
We are relief valve manufacturers of the trusted pressure relief valve suppliers Parker. Their HPRV series of relief valves provide an automatic protection mechanism for process instrumentation systems. Parker’s relief valves are CE marked and certified to the highest category-IV level of Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Solenoid Valves
We supply a range of high-quality Parker solenoid valves from their Fluid Control Division, Parker Lucifer. Parker Lucifer solenoid valves are available in a variety of 2, 3 and 4-way solenoid valves including a large range of multipurpose direct and pilot operated solenoid valves (normally closed or normally open) for all industrial applications requiring high-quality safety and reliability.
